Wedding Weekend Package
Wedding Day Service includes: Up to 10 hours of Service including the following:
- A personal Wedding Day Coordinator
- Creation of a rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception timeline, detail checklist and contact sheets.
- A one hour walkthrough and finalization meeting with your reception venue to address layout or logistics questions and concerns
- Confirm details and accuracy of the services with each wedding professional the week of the wedding
- 2 hours Wedding rehearsal coordination by your Wedding Day Coordinator
- A pre-wedding site check
- Wedding day emergency kit
Two hours of wedding ceremony coordination typical including:
- Line-up bridal party and family for processional
- Cue/orchestrate wedding professional for ceremony
- Organization of recessional and receiving line
Five hours of reception coordination typically includes:
- Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception
- Cue bride and groom, bridal party, and parents for special events
- Coordinate the music schedule, entrance of the Bridal couple and wedding party
- Coordinate the head table, toasting ceremony, first dance, gift table, cake-cutting ceremony and throwing of the bouquet and garter and grand exit.
- Deliver final payments and gratuities to wedding professionals
- Assist with gifts and personal items at the end of the event (pre-arrangements should be made for gifts safe keeping)
